Getting Around

Yerevan is compact and walkable in the center. The metro has one line connecting key areas (tokens cost under $1). For the Genocide Memorial, take a taxi as it's uphill and outside the center. Most attractions in this itinerary are within 20-30 minutes of each other. Walking between Cascade and Republic Square takes about 20 minutes through pleasant streets.
